Terms of Service

Our free website checks are automated and read only public pages and public records. Results are information, not a guarantee: we can’t promise search rankings, what AI assistants will recommend, email delivery, or that a site meets any law (for example accessibility or privacy laws). For legal questions, ask a lawyer.

Only check websites you own or have a legitimate reason to check, and don’t use the checks to overload or attack a site.

A paid report is a one-time digital purchase that unlocks the fixes for one website straight away, with the number of re-checks shown at checkout. Keep your report link: anyone with it can view the report. If a report doesn’t work as described, contact us within 30 days and we’ll fix the problem or refund you.

Site Watch is billed monthly by card through Stripe until you cancel. Cancel any time from your Site Watch page; monitoring continues to the end of the month you’ve paid for, and there are no partial-month refunds. Alerts depend on the internet, email delivery and the sites and registries we check, so we can’t guarantee every problem is caught.

When we make fixes on your website, the separate fix service agreement you sign when ordering applies as well. For booked services, the scope, price and dates shown when you book apply; contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Keep your sign-in details private. You’re responsible for activity on your account. We may close accounts used to abuse the site.

The site, our reports and their wording belong to Phulax LLC. You may use the fixes and code in a report you bought on your own websites. Please don’t resell or republish our reports.

We provide the site and our checks “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the thing the claim is about in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Changes don’t affect purchases already made. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
