Site Watch

Know when your website breaks, before your customers do

Most small business owners find out their site is down, their certificate expired or their domain lapsed when a customer tells them. We check for you around the clock and email you in plain English, with what to do next. $9 a month, cancel any time.

Every hour

Is the site up?

Two failed checks in a row and you get an alert, then another when it's back.

Every day

Certificate and domain

Warnings well before your security certificate or domain registration runs out.

Every month

Health report

SEO and AI search, contact & leads, speed & security, email delivery settings, and broken links on your home page.

Questions about Site Watch

What does Site Watch check?

Every hour, whether your website loads. Every day, when your security (SSL) certificate and your domain registration expire. Every month, your SEO and AI search score, how easy it is for customers to contact you and ask for a quote, your site's speed and security, your email delivery settings (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), and every link on your home page.

How will I hear about problems?

By email, in plain English, with what to do next. You get an alert when your site goes down and another when it's back, 14 and 3 days before your certificate expires, 30 and 7 days before your domain expires, and a short report every month. No alert means nothing needs you.

Do you need access to my website?

No. Site Watch only looks at your site and DNS records the way a visitor or Google would. Nothing is installed and we never ask for a password.

Can you fix what it finds?

Yes. Each monthly report links to your full SEO and email results, and you can have us make the fixes or call us. Many problems, like an expiring domain or a host outage, you can fix in a few minutes once you know about them.

How do I cancel?

Use the Cancel button on your Site Watch page (the link is in every email). It's $9 a month with no contract, and you keep watching until the end of the month you've paid for.
