Privacy Policy

• When you contact us or book a service: your name, business name, email, phone, website and what you tell us about the work.
• When you create an account: your email, a securely hashed password (we never see the password itself), your mobile number for sign-in codes, and any company details you add to your profile.
• When you run a free check: the website or domain you enter (and for the AI check, the service and area you type). We save the results so the report link works.
• When you pay: payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email and payment status, never your card number.
• When you order a fix and give us access to your site: any login details are encrypted, seen only by the person doing the work, and deleted when the job is done (and within 30 days of payment at most).
• When you subscribe to Site Watch: your website address and email, and the results of each check we run.
• Automatically: our server keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, page requested and time) to keep the site running and secure.

To offer our services, we sometimes contact businesses using the business email address they publish on their own website. We only use addresses a business has made public for contact, and we skip websites that ask not to be emailed. Every email says why you’re getting it. Reply “stop” or email us and we’ll remove your address and not contact you again.

We use only the cookies the site needs to work: one that keeps you signed in, and one that protects forms from being submitted by other websites. We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we don’t run Google Analytics on this site.

• To reply to you and provide the services, reports and checks you ask for.
• To send emails and text messages about your account, bookings, orders and Site Watch alerts. Texts are only sent to a number you verified and agreed to receive them on; reply STOP to end them.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

We don’t sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business:

• Stripe (payments)
• Google (our business email)
• Our text-message provider (sign-in codes and notifications)
• Our web host (the server this site runs on)
• For the AI recommendation check only: the AI assistants we ask (such as OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity and xAI) receive the service and area you typed. They don’t receive your name or email.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

• Unpaid check results: deleted after 30 days. AI check and comparison results: deleted after 90 days.
• Site Watch check history: about 100 days.
• Fix-order site logins: deleted when the job is done, within 30 days of payment at most.
• Accounts, bookings, purchases and messages: for as long as you’re a customer and as required for tax and accounting records, or until you ask us to delete them.

Email phulaxllc@gmail.com to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, or to stop marketing emails. We’ll reply within 30 days. You can also update your details on your account page.

Data is sent over encrypted connections, passwords are hashed and site logins are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we keep and who can see it. This site is for businesses and isn’t meant for children under 13.

When this policy changes we’ll update the date at the top.
