Website Access & Service Agreement

1. What we'll do

Phulax LLC ("we") will fix the search engine (SEO), AI search (GEO) and answer engine (AEO) issues listed in your report for the page that was checked. That can include page titles and descriptions, headings, structured data (schema.org), link-preview tags, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, llms.txt and the related settings in your website platform.

We only change what's needed to fix those issues. We won't change your design, prices, products or the meaning of your text, and we won't touch other pages, plugins, apps or accounts unless a fix requires it. If something outside this scope looks necessary, we'll ask you first.

2. Your permission

You confirm that you own this website, or that you're authorized by its owner to let us work on it, and that you may give us access to it.

You give Phulax LLC temporary permission to sign in to your website platform, hosting or domain account with the access you provide, only to do the work in section 1. You can withdraw this permission at any time by removing our access or telling us.

3. How we handle your access

We recommend inviting us as a user on your platform instead of sharing a password. If you give us a login, use a temporary account or password made just for us, never your main password, and never banking or payment logins.

Login details are encrypted when stored, are seen only by the Phulax LLC staff doing your job, are never shared or sold, and are permanently deleted when the job is finished or cancelled (and in any case within 30 days of payment).

We won't view, copy or keep your customers' information, emails, orders or payment data, except where it can't be avoided while making a fix, and we won't use it for anything else.

4. How we work

Before changing anything we record the original settings, and where your platform allows it we make a backup. When we finish we send you a list of every change we made.

We aim to finish within 5 business days after we have working access. If you want any of our changes undone within 30 days, we'll undo them at no charge.

5. Your part

Give us working access, tell us about anything we shouldn't touch, and keep your own backups.

When we tell you the work is done, remove our user, or delete the temporary account or change its password.

6. Results and refunds

Fixing these issues helps search engines and AI tools read and trust your site, but nobody controls rankings or which businesses AI tools mention. We don't guarantee any ranking, traffic or AI mention, and this work isn't a legal compliance certification.

If we can't get working access or can't make the fixes on your platform, we'll refund you in full.

7. Liability

Our total liability for this work is limited to the amount you paid for it, except for harm caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
